How It Started
30 Years of Iron
Iron Lore was not born in a boardroom or funded by investors looking for a return. It was built by two people who have spent the better part of three decades under a barbell — learning what works, what breaks, and what actually matters inside a gym.
After years of navigating commercial gyms that prioritized square footage over substance, Aaron and Eleni decided to build the gym they always wanted to train in. Every decision — from the tile on the floor to the machines on the rack — was made with one question: "Does this make training better?"
The answer had to be yes. Every time.
