Please read these terms carefully. By accessing our facilities or purchasing a membership, you agree to be bound by these terms.

By purchasing a membership or accessing our facilities, you (the "Member") agree to these Terms and Conditions. This is a legally binding agreement between the Member and Iron Lore Gym Ltd.
1. Membership as an Upfront Purchase
All memberships at Iron Lore Gym Ltd. are considered upfront purchases of a fixed-term service. The membership fee is priced to reflect the full term of the contract.
Payment Plans: If a Member opts for periodic payments, these are strictly a payment plan for the total upfront purchase price.
Non-Cancellable: Because the membership is an upfront purchase, payment plans cannot be cancelled mid-term. The Member is legally obligated to complete all payments regardless of gym attendance.
2. No Refunds & Non-Transferable Status
No Refunds: All membership purchases are 100% non-refundable. No credits will be issued for unused portions of a membership.
Non-Transferable: Memberships are assigned to one specific individual. They cannot be sold, shared, or assigned to another person.
3. Strict Access & Security Policy
Your digital access (Mobile Keyfob) is for your exclusive use only.
No Shared Access: You may not share your login credentials or allow any other person to use your device to gain entry.
No Tailgating: You are strictly prohibited from holding the door open for others or allowing non-members to enter the facility behind you.
Breach: Sharing access or bringing unauthorized visitors will result in immediate termination of membership without refund. Any remaining balance on a payment plan becomes due immediately.
4. Guest Policy
No guests are permitted without explicit, prior written permission from Iron Lore Gym Ltd. management.
Registration: Approved guests must be registered via our online portal, sign a liability waiver, and agree to these Terms of Service prior to arrival.
5. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of the Judicial District of Edmonton.
IRON LORE GYM – MEMBERSHIP INSTALLMENT AGREEMENT
NATURE OF AGREEMENT: You are purchasing a 12-month membership to Iron Lore Gym. This is a binding legal contract for a fixed term of one year.
PAYMENT STRUCTURE: By selecting the "Biweekly Payment Plan" option, you agree to pay the total Gym Membership fee in consecutive bi-weekly installments, charged every 14 days, as shown at checkout. You understand that this is a payment plan for a 12-month membership and NOT a subscription you can cancel at any time.
NO CANCELLATION: This membership cannot be canceled or refunded prior to the end of the 12-month term. Failure to use the facilities does not relieve you of your obligation to pay the full 12-month balance.
MEMBERSHIP HOLDS: Your membership may be placed on hold in whole calendar months — one, two or three months at a time — for a combined maximum of three (3) months per 12-month term. Holds are booked by Iron Lore staff at your request. Gym access is suspended while a hold is in effect. Installment payments continue on their regular schedule during a hold and are not paused or deferred; instead, the days on hold are added to the end of your membership. If you return early, staff will end the hold and access resumes immediately; only the days actually on hold are added to your membership, and each calendar month started counts toward the three-month maximum.
AUTOMATIC RENEWAL: One-year memberships purchased on or after this policy took effect renew automatically at the end of the 12-month term (including any days added for holds), at the same rate, unless you tell us at least 5 days before your renewal date. If you pay bi-weekly, your membership continues on ongoing bi-weekly payments charged to your card on file, which you may cancel at any time with 30 days' notice. If you paid in full, your card on file is charged for another 12-month term. We will remind you by email and text message about 30 days before your renewal date. To stop a renewal or cancel ongoing payments, tell the front desk or contact us. Founding members keep their founding rate when they renew. Memberships purchased before this policy do not renew automatically unless you opt in; otherwise they end at the end of the term.
DIGITAL ACCESS: Access is granted via the Iron Lore mobile app. You are responsible for maintaining a compatible mobile device for gym entry.
